The Wastepack Group are expanding the account management function, this management team role reporting to the CEO, will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with Members while also developing strategies to increase revenue for the Wastepack Group.
Key responsibilities include relationship management with existing and new members to build and maintain mutually beneficial commercial relationships. Risk management analysis and providing strategic and analytical problem solving. Management of the account management/client liaison and audit function and its team. Attendance at events to promote new business, and recruitment of new members into the Compliance Schemes.
Excellent communication and relationship skills are required, with good account management, commercial and strong leadership skills. A proactive and self-motivating attitude, with the ability to produce reports, both commercial and analytical, and adhere to regulatory and internal deadlines. You will need a detailed knowledge of Packaging Waste Regulations and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations and an understanding of producer responsibility requirements.
